Fisher-Price Rain-Forest Musical Gym   

According to Amazon the Rain Forest gym is the best selling of the baby activity gyms.

The arches of this gym support quite an array of toys:  a soft monkey, a toucan, an elephant, a parrot, and more, all dangling above a comfy floor mat with silky edges.  The arches are supported by a soft and friendly giraffe.

This gym also offers shinny leaves and butterflies above, a crinkly leaf on the mat, and a spinner with beads.

The music of the Rain-Forest Gym is unique.  There is 20 minutes of music or of rain forest sounds such as chirping birds, which the adult can turn on at will.  And, there are lights and musical sounds that will turn on or play in reaction baby's movements.

Baby Einstein presents Neptune Ocean Adventure Gym

The mat with this gym is colorful with the underwater scenery of the ocean.  It comes with a prop-up pillow shaped like a whale, and a crib toy that attaches to the gym or to most cribs with sturdy straps.

There are fewer toys that come with this gym than some others, however it is easy to attach others you may have.

On Amazon, this toy had more negative reviews than the others.  The main complaint of these is the quality of the construction.

The performance of the toy is praised.

This gym offers the whole world for baby's play; Africa, the Polar Regions, Australia, Asia and South America.

The major toy with this gym is a star that has music and lights.  It is easily attached to the gym, a crib, or taken with you to Grandmas house.

There are additional toys, including a panda rattle and a soft parrot, that can be hooked to the bars or the mat.

The advantage to having the toys and stuffed animals hooked to the  mat or the bars is that they stay within reach of the baby.  They can't be thrown far enough away to cause Mom to be constantly retrieving the toy!

Tiny Love Super Deluxe Lights and Music

This gym/mat will travel more easily than most others.  The mat and arches fold flat, and as the gym smaps together quickly it is great to take along to Grandmas.

The mat has a music box and mirror which must be removed from the mat before washing.  But it is easy to do.

The music offered is 10 minuets of Mozart, or snippets of nursery songs.  All soothing and calming to baby.
